FIT Programming Reports

Overview

The Flagship Implementation Team (FIT) Programming Reporting is located in the Connect Data Module. Currently these reports mirror the information held within Slinky and serve to allow easy access of important information without the need to access multiple systems. The following reports are currently available:

#1 Average Daily Attendance

City Leaders view and accordingly support sessions and classes with instruction attendance. Organized by session and by class.

#2 Attendance % by Date

City Leaders need to identify any missing attendance over programming. The report shows each day of programming and the % attendance for each class. 

NOTE: To view the Session Sums/SubTotals, you must select the Session Name in the Group By list. 

NOTE: For a better viewing experience, use the Adjust Width option for the date columns or Export to CSV to easily view the entire text. 

#3 Family Workshop Attendance Percent (%) by Workshop Number 

Family Workshop attendance % by workshop number, calculated by total number of "Present" records out of the total number of attendance records for that workshop.

#4 Overall Family Workshop (FW) Attendance

Family Workshop attendance %, calculated by total number of "Present" records out of the total number of attendance records for that workshop.

#5 Students that Need Makeup Workshop

List of students with incomplete workshop records or who missed workshops and need make-up workshops administered.

#6 Student Key Metrics

Student list with key programmatic metrics including Team Building Huddles status, Action Plan status, instructional and Family Workshop %, Goal/Target met status, and beginning and ending assessments completion status.

Upon launching a report, the default view will display the information as it is currently displayed in Slinky with the expected filters applied

Filters

The filter options available to each report are specific to the information held in the selected report and the selection of a filter will modify the information displayed in the view.

Group By

The grouping options available to each report can be used to group the information for enhanced visibility according to your needs.

Export (CSV)

The export option available to each report will export the currently displayed information and will reflect all selected filters and groups. The Export will be downloaded immediately to your device unless your device has specifications enabled to prevent the automatic download. The file type is a comma-separated values file and can be opened in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Functions

Sort Columns: Ascending/Descending

Each column has the option to display the information in ascending or descending order. Hover over the name of the column to view the Sort arrow. The direction of the arrow will indicate its current order. Select the arrow to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Adjust Column Width

Click and drag a column header separator to reduce or expand the column width.
