City Level End-of-Programming Reports
Overview
The City Level End-of-Programming Reporting is located in the Connect Data Module. The following reports are currently available:
#1 Ending Assessment Audit
List of students with their enrollment status, grade level beginning and ending assessment results, goals and earned tier of incentives.
#2 Ending Assessment Complete
Raw numbers of students with ending assessment results and the number of registered students. % of Students with Ending Assessment are out of registered students.
#3 Incomplete Ending Assessment Student List
List of students with incomplete or missing ending assessments.
#4 Students Met Reading Goal
Raw numbers of students meeting growth/target and stretch goals/exceeded targets and % of students meeting growth/target and stretch goals/exceeded targets out of registered students.
#5 Impact Report Quotes
Impact Reports Quotes submitted per session/site.
NOTE: To view long quotes, use the Adjust Width option for the column or Export to CSV to easily view the entire text.
#6 Rewards Summary
City Leaders view this report to see how many incentive tiers have been earned, the target enrollment, and number of students who attended for each session
Features & Functions
Filters
The filter options available to each report are specific to the information held in the selected report and the selection of a filter will modify the information displayed in the view.
NOTE: For Programming Reports, the Session Status is set to In Session by default to ensure that the reports displayed are for those sessions that are currently within the Programming cycle. The filter can be modified as needed.
Group By
The grouping options available to each report can be used to group the information for enhanced visibility according to your needs.
NOTE: The Group By options Session Name and Classroom Name are selected by default to ensure that the ideal grouping displays upon report generation.
Rollup Statistics
The rollup metrics offer an at-a-glance view of important metrics for the specified report. Similar to the table, the Filter setting will also apply to the rollup metrics.
Export (CSV)
The export option available to each report will export the currently displayed information and will reflect all selected filters and groups. The Export will be downloaded immediately to your device unless your device has specifications enabled to prevent the automatic download. The file type is a comma-separated values file and can be opened in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Functions
Sort Columns: Ascending/Descending
Each column has the option to display the information in ascending or descending order. Hover over the name of the column to view the Sort arrow. The direction of the arrow will indicate its current order. Select the arrow to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Adjust Column Width
Click and drag a column header separator to reduce or expand the column width.
