FIT Pre-Programming Reports

Overview

The Flagship Implementation Team (FIT) Pre-Programming Reporting is located in the Connect Data Module. Currently these reports mirror the information held within Slinky and serve to allow easy access of important information without the need to access multiple systems. The following reports are currently available:

#1 Enrollment

Shows overall city level stats for registered, attended, registered % out of Target Enrollment across all sessions/sites. Used by City Leaders to manage and support sites with enrollment and attendance leading to program start.

#2 Media Release Unsigned

List of students with unsigned OR parents responded “NO” on media waiver, organized session and class. Operations Manager in particular needs this in supporting Site Support staff for Impact Report creation and to reach out to parents.

#3 Students Missing Demographic

List of students missing grade, ethnicity, and/or gender, organized by student names in each session. Operations Managers work with sites to help complete registration records (eg. to make sure phone #s are there for parent contact).

#4 Rostering

Report that can be used to help roster students by sorting by assessment score or grade. City Leaders use this report to help roster AND see unrostered students, and work with site teams to make sure all students are assigned to classes.

#5 % Beginning Assessment Completed by Class

City leaders use this at the start of programming to ensure all sessions are completing assessments; in Flagship assessments are always required and are the basis for growth goals.

#6 Students Missing Beginning Assessments

City Leaders need the count and student names without assessment records to support and manage site teams to ensure those specific students get assessment records

#7 % Team Building Huddles Completed

City leaders use this at the start of programming view session-by-session completion status of Team Building Huddles.

#8 Students Missing Team Building Huddles

City Leaders need the count and student names without Team Building Huddles to support and manage site teams to support completion. Organized by session and by class.

#9 % Action Plans Completed by Class

City leaders use this at the start of programming view session-by-session and class-by-class completion status of Action Plans.

#10 Students Missing Action Plans

City Leaders need the count and student names without Action Plans to support and manage site teams to support completion. Organized by session and by class.
