How do I find information about my program?

Connect: Educator gives you plenty of logistical information about your program and session. 

NOTE:  This ability to edit the Program Configuration within C:E is limited to the following roles

  • Cluster Leader

  • Operations Manager

  • Program Coach

  • Program Manager, including PM,C

  • Program Director


  1. On the left-navigation menu, click the Program Calendar tab.

  2. In the top left of the screen there you will find the Program Configuration.

  3. The information in this box includes the program start date, length, and when families will be sent their link to Connect: Family if the program has opted to use it. 

    1. You’ll be able to edit this information as you set up your program.  

    2. Teachers, you won’t have editing abilities but you can look at this information to help plan.



You can also scroll down to the calendar view. There you’ll see events including instructional times, family workshops, and the date for your Learning Bonus Celebration. If you click on “Print Calendar” you can have a paper copy for your records as well.
