Video Name: “How to reschedule a canceled instructional session or canceled family workshop”
To reschedule a canceled instructional session or canceled family workshop follow the steps described here. There may be a time when you might decide to reschedule an instructional session, or schedule a session that was previously canceled. By scheduling a new session, you can ensure that you’re still on track to complete all parts of your Springboard program. Please note that this process is not meant to make up a session with an individual student or individual family.
Start on the Program Calendar page from the left-side menu. This page is organized by Program Configuration on the left and scheduled sessions on the right. If you scroll down, you’ll see this information in a calendar view. By looking at the right side, you can see the instructional sessions and family workshops that have already been scheduled.
If you need to reschedule an instructional session, click on the Pencil and Box icon in that instructional session. You can use the edit window to change the date of the session by selecting the date you want to change the session to. Then press Save and the session date will be changed. If you need to just cancel the session and reschedule later, you would click the delete button.
Then, to reschedule a session that has already been canceled, use the Add Instruction Time button. Fill in the Name of the session and select the date for the session. Click Save before you go.
To reschedule a Family Workshop, toggle to the Family Workshop view by clicking Family Workshops. You can repeat the same process from the instructional sessions by using the down caret to edit the workshop session. You could also use the Pencil and Box icon to delete the session and then create a new workshop by clicking Add Workshop.
Please reach out to your Springboard Program Coach if you have any questions about rescheduling sessions.
