How to view Program Reports

Where to find reports

You can find reports in Connect: Educator by clicking the “Program Reports” tab in the left menu.



 




Report folders

Program Reports are organized into five (5) sections: Multisession, Team-building Huddle, Assessment Results, Student Instruction and Family Workshop.




Report Group 1: Team-building Huddle 

The Team-building Huddle report group contains information on whether a student’s Team-building Huddle has been completed, not completed, as well as if the family requested for no visit, or if there is no record available. 


Report Group 2: Student Instruction

The Student Instruction report group provides percentages of Instruction Workshop attendance by student, day, week, class and incomplete records by class.


Report Group 3: Family Workshop

The Family Workshop report group provides percentages of Family Workshop attendance by which families are present, absent, those who have requested a make-up session, or have incomplete records.


Report Group 4: Multisession 

The Multisession report group contains reports about Sessions within a Multisession Opportunity related to Students, Assessments & Goals, Attendance, and Staff.


Report Group 5: Assessment Results or Reading Target Results 

The Assessment Results report group contains reports for sessions that are using assessments for goal setting and captures students who have Incomplete or Complete Beginning, Midpoint, and Ending Assessments as well as Goals by student and class.


The Reading Target Results report group contains reports for sessions that are using Reading Practice Targets for goal setting and captures students reading practice target progress for students and classes.
