How to update contact information

Educators and Staff can change the contact information for a Parent Contact within the Connect: Educator module. From the Student profile, you can edit the following information:

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Phone Number, Secondary Phone Number

  • Email, Secondary Email

  • Reminder Type and Frequency

In Connect: Educator:

  1. Click the Students menu

  2. Click the blue hyperlinked Student’s Name to open the Student Profile.

  3. In the Student Info section, select the Edit button

  4. Click the Edit button on the Edit Student Info box.

  5. Update the Primary or Secondary Phone Numbers and/or Email Addresses as needed.

  6. Click the Save Changes button.

Any profile changes will be synchronized with Salesforce. It may take 1 to 2 days for any profile changes to take effect.






 

If a family wants to update their contact information, you may submit a request to Connect support on their behalf using the following form: Submit a new ticket.
