How do I access the Springboard Connect app?

Click on the link attached to your daily or weekly text reminders. You can also “save”, “pin”, or “bookmark” the page to your homescreen, or create a shortcut to the Springboard Connect page.

I did not receive the questionnaire or texts. How do I access Springboard Connect?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Text RESEND to 37572.


If you still did not receive a text from Springboard Connect, please submit a request using the following link, and be sure to include your phone number(s) so that we can verify that they match our records: Submit a new ticket.


How do I log reading time?

You can log your child's reading time in Springboard Connect by following these instructions:

  1. Go to the Reading Log section by tapping 'Reading Log' at the bottom of the app.
  2. Go forward and back between available weeks by tapping the mark(s) beside the week number in the upper portion of the app.
  3. Pick an available day by tapping the circle under the day.
  4. Select the number of minutes your child spent reading from the left and right drop-down menus.
  5. Tap "We Did It!" to submit your child's reading minutes.


Note: There is a weekly limit to how much participation progress your child can earn towards prizes from reading minutes.







How do I record my child's weekly strategy progress?

You can record your child's weekly strategy progress at the end of a week, or later, by following these instructions:

  1. In the 'Strategies' section of the app, tap on an available week.
  2. Tap on ‘Reflect on how my child uses the strategy’
  3. Answer the Weekly Reflection by selecting a response to the prompt.
  4. Tap ‘Submit’ to log your Weekly Reflection response.

How do I change the language of the text messages I receive?

Springboard Connect está actualmente disponible en inglés y español. Si desea actualizar su preferencia de idioma, siga estos pasos:

  1. Haga clic en el icono de rueda en la esquina superior derecha.
  2. Haga clic en el icono de lapiz "Español" o "English."
  3. Seleccione "Español" o "English" en el menú desplegable.

Springboard Connect is currently available in English and Spanish. If you would like to update your language preference, follow these steps: 

  1. Tap the wheel icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap the pencil icon for "English" or "Español" from the Settings.
  3. Tap 'Español' or 'English' from the Change Language drop-down menu.
  4. Tap "SELECCIONAR" or "SELECT" to confirm your change.























How do I change the time at which I receive text reminders?

Here is how you can change the scheduled time of text reminders:

  1. Tap the wheel icon in the upper right corner of the screen. 
  2. Tap the pencil icon for the currently selected time in the Reminders list..
  3. Choose a new time for the reminder from the dropdown and tap ‘Select’.
  4. Choose a new frequency for the reminder from the dropdown and tap ‘Select’ to record your changes. If you choose ‘Once a Week’, select a day for your reminders, too!



I no longer want to receive text messages, how do I unsubscribe?

If you would no longer like to receive Springboard Connect text messages, text STOP to 37572 to immediately unsubscribe from texts.


I would like to receive reminders via email instead of text. How do I change my reminder type?

  1. Tap the wheel icon in the upper right corner of the screen. 

  2. Tap 'Change Reminder Type’.

  3. Tap to enable or disable 'sms' (text messages), 'email,' or both, then tap 'Submit'.

  4. Done! Your changes are saved.


Note: Please contact us if you would like to change your email address or phone number. If you have previously unsubscribed from text messages by texting STOP to 37572, you will need to text START to 37572 in order to receive text messages.



How do I opt-in to receive Springboard Connect text messages?

If you previously unsubscribed from text messages, you can reply UNSTOP to start receiving messages.


If you initially opted-out of text messages, text START to 37572 to opt-in.


How do I update my contact information?

You may contact your teacher or program leader. You can also submit your request here: Submit a new ticket.


Please note that for security purposes, your name, email address and/or phone number must match our records before we will change your other information, and we will notify you when we make changes to your and/or your child’s profile.
