I cannot find my Okta User Activation Email.
The email address you provided during your registration will receive the user activation email address. Check your email inbox for an email from the following email address: no-reply@springboardcollaborative.org.
I forgot my password and need to reset it.
The Forgot Password option is a self-service process. Complete the following steps to reset your password.
1. Enter your email address into the Username field and select the Next button
2. On the Verify Password screen, select the Forgot Password link below the Verify button.
3. Select the “Send me an email” button.
4. Navigate to your email inbox to locate the Forgot Password email.
5. Select the Reset Password button in the email. If you cannot use the link, use the code instead.
6. Select a New password that meets the password criteria.
7. Use your new password to log into the Connect Resources Portal.
I am unable to reset my password using the Forgot Password option.

I can access Connect: Educator but I cannot access the Springboard Learn module and/or the Program Resource site.
