Systems Access

Systems access is granted to session staff and teachers preceding professional development. Staff can ONLY receive access after completing the registration and hiring (if applicable) steps.

You will receive systems access approximately 2 business days before your first day of professional development. Check your Welcome Email or with your Program Leader for your dates.

Step 1: Review each system’s article

Follow the steps in the articles linked below, which detail what to expect to activate the systems you will use during professional development and programming.

Okta User Activation Guide: For all teachers and session staff participating in Springboard

OKTA is SBC’s single-sign-on platform. Once you are set up in Okta, you will be able to access the following platforms with one easy login:

  • Springboard Learn (for required asynchronous professional development)

  • Program Resource Site (for lesson plans and programming materials)

  • Connect: Educator (for accessing and logging student data)

Raz-Plus Activation Guide: Classroom access for participating teachers and reporting access for Program Leaders

Raz-Plus by Learning A-Z is our digital platform partner for access to thousands of book titles and additional instructional resources. You will use your Raz-Plus by Learning A-Z to:

  • Access digital books

  • Access small group activities

  • Provide at-home reading activities for students

Ramp Activation Guide: Access for select Program Leadership roles.

Ramp is Springboard’s platform used for purchasing approved goods and materials with site impact funds. Only select staff members will receive access to this system. Often reserved for Program Leaders, Cluster Leaders, or Program Managers. Reach out to your Program Director/Developer to confirm if you will receive access.
