Multisession Re-enrollment via Connect

Users are now able to re-enroll students to future sessions directly within Connect. Students can be re-enrolled to sessions that fall under the same Account within Salesforce. See the steps below on how to re-enroll students:


  1. Navigate to the Roster tab in Connect: Educator


  1. Select the Account, Opportunity and Session that contains the student(s) you want to re-enroll into next sessions

  1. To enroll a single student in an upcoming session, use the dropdown in the column ‘Next Session’ to select the session you are re-enrolling the student in and select ‘Save Changes’


  1. A popup window will appear asking you to confirm or cancel the re-enrollment


  1. To enroll multiple students in an upcoming session, use the top checkbox to select all students or use the checkboxes to select a group of students you want to re-enroll in the same next session

  2. Once you have made all of your student selections, use the dropdown in the column ‘Next Session’ to select the session you are re-enrolling the students in and select Save Changes. A popup will appear asking you to confirm or cancel the re-enrollment.


Re-enrolling with conflicting program start and end dates

  1. If you try to enroll a student who is currently in a session whose end date overlaps with the next sessions start date, you will be notified via a popup that if you proceed with re-enrollment, the student will be withdrawn from the current session and enrolled in the next session you have selected:
