Ramp

Ramp is Springboard’s platform used for purchasing approved goods and materials with site impact funds. Only select staff members will receive access to this system. Often reserved for Program Leaders, Cluster Leaders, or Program Managers. Ramp is not currently available through our SSO provider Okta and you will need to activate the account separately and remember a different password.

Step 1: Accept Your Ramp Invitation

  • Open your email from Ramp

  • Click “Accept invite” to begin to set up your username, password, and account.

    • Accept your Ramp invitation as soon as you receive the email. The invite expires after 14 days!

Step 2: Set up your Ramp account

A. Initial Setup & Policy: Please complete these required steps immediately

  • Watch this 2-minute video on how to set up your Ramp account

  • Read and digitally sign Springboard’s expense policy directly via the Ramp platform

B. Physical Card & Mailing Address (Don't Skip This!)

  • Your mailing address is critical for receiving your physical card.

    • First-Time Ramp Users: You will be issued both a digital and a physical card. Please enter your current physical mailing address during setup to ensure your card is delivered.

    • Returning Staff: If you need a replacement physical card (e.g., your old one was lost or destroyed), you must confirm or update your mailing address to ensure the new card is shipped to the correct location.

C. Funding and Timeline: Your immediate access and eventual funding details

  • A virtual card will be issued immediately, but it will initially have a $1 limit.

  • Your Springboard Program Director will load the correct amount of funds to your account after you activate your account and before programming begins.

  • Physical cards generally take 5-7 business days to arrive, so keep an eye on your mail!

Step 3: Bookmark and Log in

  • Bookmark the Ramp online portal to easily access it in the future

  • Login using the username and password you selected

Step 4: Activate your Ramp credit card

  • When the card arrives in the mail, activate it following the instructions provided by Ramp.
