Click on the link attached to your daily or weekly text reminders.
You can also “save”, “pin”, or “bookmark” the page to your homescreen, or create a shortcut to the Springboard Connect page.
How to create a shortcut:
If you have not received a text with your Connect: Family Link
Reply HELP to the Springboard Connect number. You will receive a link to a form where you can submit your issue. You can also submit your request here: Submit a new ticket.
If possible, send us a screenshot and information about your device and browser, so that we can help troubleshoot the issue. You will receive a reply from Springboard Connect as soon as possible.
